New numbers placed in service in Philadelphia and portions of Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh, and Berks counties will receive the (445) area code. As Women’s Marches were held globally on Saturday, January 20, 2018, reportedly over 50,000 demonstrators took to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. In support of the second Women’s March on Philadelphia, themed “We Persist, We Resist, We Rise”, participants marched from Aviator Park and concluded at Eakins Oval.
