Here’s Where to Go to Find the Latest Scholarships For Black Students

Nationwide — A new web site, BlackScholarships.org, announces daily scholarships and financial aid opportunities for Black/ African American high school and college students. Nowadays, college tuition is more expensive than ever, and this powerful online resource has proven to be a great source of help for families who need financial assistance.

BlackScholarships.org is 100% free to use, and users can browse through many different scholarships programs funded by organizations like the United Negro College Fund, the NAACP, and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.

Users will also find independent scholarships funded by major corporations like McDonald’s and Apple, and even celebrities like Jill Scott, Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Steph and Ayesha Curry.

Current scholarships listed on the web site include:

The web site also provides an online guide to help students navigate the top Black colleges and HBCUs in the country, the top Black student organizations and associations, and the top diversity, minority and African American internship programs.
