Philadelphia/Glenside, PA- On December 14, 2024, Heal with a Twist©, an immersive wellness event, will offer an inspiring space for women to recharge, connect, and prioritize mental well-being during the holiday season. Held from 2-4 PM in Philadelphia/Glenside, PA, Heal with a Twist© invites 50 women to come together for an afternoon of mental health-focused games, meaningful activities, and relaxing self-care experiences designed to encourage resilience and personal renewal.
This two-hour experience offers more than just a day out; Heal with a Twist© is a transformative journey designed to address the unique wellness needs of women during a season that can bring stress and emotional challenges. Attendees can look forward to hands-on activities that highlight the importance of self-care, sound bowl healing sessions, wellness trivia, and a calming relaxation zone filled with soothing music and an array of interactive self-care practices.

Tickets for Heal with a Twist are priced at $45 per person, and sponsorships are available to cover tickets for women who may not otherwise be able to attend. Local
